About Me

Like many others who reside here in our lovely state of Florida, I originated from out of state, Maryland specifically.  Having relocated my family from one state to another, I am quite familiar with the many trials and tribulations that are encountered in a new home relocation.  From searching for and obtaining new jobs, to finding the 'right fit' community, I know the issues you will be confronting if moving in from out of state as I have personally lived the experience.

A resident of Florida since 1993, my family and I have lived happily in the New Tampa and Wesley Chapel areas which I think are some of the best suburban areas the Tampa Bay Region has to offer.  During our stay here in Florida, my family and I have built two homes so I am quite familiar with the entire new construction process - from picking out the right lot, to selecting only the worthwhile options in a home, to monitoring the whole construction process, I can help.  We currently live in the magnificent Seven Oaks community in Wesley Chapel after having lived in Hunter's Green in New Tampa for twelve years.  

A former CPA prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2003, I have a thorough background in accounting and finance.  I will be able to explain to you in layman's terms the many complexities and negotiating techniques that are involved in buying and selling real estate, one of the most important transactions you will encounter in your lifetime.

Having sold homes from Venice and Sarasota in our southern region to Spring Hill and Homosassa to the north, from the Pinellas and Manatee Beach regions from our west to the Lakeland and Polk County regions to our east, I am quite confident I will be able to assist you in finding the 'right' community that fits your needs.
